1. Agreement to these Terms

Welcome to Owl Consulting Group (owlcg.com) (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, operated by Owl Consulting Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply equally to owlsolutions.com, which serves the same site under a second address.

These Terms apply to every visitor, whether you stop by once or use the Site every day. A few sections below apply only if you engage us for work—and say so where they do.

2. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Site you confirm you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you, and that you aren’t barred from using it under any applicable law or sanctions list.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

4. Professional services

Information on this Site about our consulting, development, or engineering services is marketing material and general information. It is not a quote, not professional advice for your specific situation, and not an offer capable of acceptance.

Engagements are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or master services agreement signed by both parties, which sets out scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality, data handling, warranties, and liability. Where that agreement and these Terms differ, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Case studies, client references, and described outcomes reflect specific past engagements under specific conditions. They are not a prediction or guarantee of a comparable result for you.

5. Intellectual property

All original content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, layouts, photography, video, and site branding—is owned by Owl Consulting Group or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use our branding or content without written permission, except for brief quotations with clear attribution and a link back to the original page.

Third-party names, logos, and marks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement in either direction.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owl Consulting Group, its owners, operators, contributors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on its content, or your interactions with any third party (including affiliate merchants, game providers, and referred service providers), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Owl Consulting Group and its owners and operators harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or to any feature of it, at any time and without notice, if we reasonably believe you’ve breached these Terms or that your use poses a risk to the Site or to other users. Sections that by their nature should survive—intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law—survive termination.

11. Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make a material change, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you don’t accept them, stop using the Site.

12. Governing Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there—except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own place of residence.

Before filing anything, please email us and give us 30 days to resolve it directly. Most problems turn out to be fixable with a conversation.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest remains in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and DMCA & Copyright Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site—except where a signed services agreement governs an engagement, in which case that agreement controls.
